The full routine takes under 5 minutes. Do it every morning, or before any event where you need to look your best.
Step 1 — Place the gua sha tools in the fridge the night before, or in the freezer for 10 minutes before use.
Step 2 — Take your daily lymphatic drainage serum.
Step 3 — Using the drainage brush, apply short downward strokes along both sides of the neck. 30 seconds each side. Then the temples, down to the jaw. 30 seconds each side. Next, apply small strokes starting from the nose and along the cheekbones. 10 strokes each side. Another 10 strokes from the chin to the ear. And finally, with gentle pressure, 10 strokes each side over the eye and forehead.
Step 4 — Take the chilled gua sha and sweep outward from the centre of the face — along the jaw, cheekbones, and under the eyes. The cold tightens as you move.
Step 5 — Finish with the tightening moisturiser. Apply to the face and neck. You're done.

How to apply — After completing the gua sha step, apply a small amount to the face and neck using upward strokes. Allow to absorb fully before applying SPF or makeup.
Important — Contains retinol. Always apply SPF in the morning after use. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Patch test before first use if you have reactive or sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Cleaning the gua sha — wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use. For a deeper clean, wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before returning to the fridge.
Cleaning the brush — tap out any residue after use. Wash weekly with mild shampoo, rinse thoroughly, reshape and leave to air dry bristle-side down.
Storage — store the gua sha tools in the fridge between uses for the best results. Keep the brush in a dry location away from moisture.
