Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you by email if there is any delay to your order.

Order Tracking

Every order is sent with full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has left our fulfilment centre. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.
